What is Nordic Walking?
Nordic Walking is fitness walking with specially designed Nordic walking poles. It offers a very easy way to improve your physical fitness. Nordic Walking is for everybody of all ages and physical conditions.
Having been working as a chartered physiotherapist and Nordic Walking Instructor in elite and recreational sports for the past 3 years his experience enables him to teach a variety of sessions in Nordic walking accommodating for a variety of fitness levels and abilities. Paul has the ability to adapt exercise training to achieve agreed, individually tailored exercise goals. |
